Booking
- How do I book an appointment?
- Appointments are booked through StyleSeat.
- Is StyleSeat the booking system?
- Yes. Enhance The Glow currently uses StyleSeat for appointments.
- Does StyleSeat charge an additional fee?
- Yes. StyleSeat charges an additional 20 percent service fee.
Cancellations
- What happens if I cancel or reschedule the day before my appointment?
- A cancellation or rescheduling the day before the appointment is charged at 50 percent of the service total.
- What happens if I cancel on the same day?
- Same day cancellations are charged at 100 percent of the service total.
- What happens if I do not show up?
- No shows are charged at 100 percent of the service total.
Late arrivals
- What happens if I arrive late?
- There is a $15 upcharge if you are more than 10 minutes late. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled for a later date.
Arrival
- What should I do when I arrive?
- Once you arrive, please text or call and the provider will come and get you.
Payment
- What payment methods are accepted?
- The currently supplied payment methods are Zelle and Apple Pay.
- Can I pay through StyleSeat?
- Please use the booking and payment options presented through the booking process. StyleSeat also charges an additional 20 percent service fee.
Services
- What types of lash sets are available?
- Enhance The Glow offers classic, light hybrid, hybrid, volume, wet and wispy and mega volume lash sets.
- Do you offer brow services?
- Yes. Brow services include The Luxe Brow Experience, eyebrow tinting and brow lamination.
- Do you offer waxing?
- Yes. Eyebrow waxing and lip waxing are available.
