Terms and Conditions

These terms cover the use of this website, appointment bookings and product purchases from Enhance The Glow. Sections marked below are awaiting confirmed business information and will be completed before launch.

Appointment cancellation policy

  • — Cancellations or rescheduling the day before an appointment are charged at 50 percent of the service total.
  • — Same day cancellations and no shows are charged at 100 percent of the service total.
  • — Arrivals more than 10 minutes late are subject to a $15 upcharge.
  • — After 15 minutes, the appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled for a later date.

Booking

Appointments are booked through StyleSeat, the existing Enhance The Glow booking system. StyleSeat charges an additional 20 percent service fee.
